Hidden Hills

The Hidden Hills Community

Spring Neighbor Day was well coordinated by Wanda Dunn, Melody Kenner and with assistance from Lawns Plus, DeKalb County Sanitation, and daVido's Pizza. The DeKalb Sanitation truck was brought in to collect items from old tires to furniture and appliances. Anyone who had those items did not have to truck them all the way to Memorial Drive, they could bring them to Biffle Park. The gentlemen handling these recycled items also gave a hand in cleaning up some areas and driving around the neighborhood to pick up stray items. (Thank you to Tony McBride for arranging this at the last minute).
Volunteers received t-shirts for their work, coupons to local restaurants, and enjoyed generous helpings of pizza and wings from daVido's for lunch. The neighborhood looks fantastic!

Also today, April 18, Earth Day, members of the Membership Committee were out knocking on doors in phase 13 collecting memberships. It was a good day all around.
